  I went In looking for a Headlight, Taillight, Belt and Battery for a Yamaha Quad. I have found If i can find the parts at NAPA they are on many occasions cheaper than dealerships. I started by asking about the lights and was cut off before i could finish my sentence and the older gentleman at the desk said "Im going to stop you right there. You're better off going to the dealership". Slightly agitated I explained to him I have purchased parts such as the ones I was looking for other equipment even quads at the Bonnyville NAPA. He didn't look up the parts and said that he doubted that. I said "okay I'll just talk to Bonnyville then". I started to walk away when he said "if you want to play that game i will look up the parts". He looked up the parts and it turned out they carried the battery, belt and spark plugs. I then realized i could use an extra spark plug. He said the didn't have any of the parts in stock so I then drove to Bonnyville and got the battery and ordered the belt with no questions, no battle, no attitude and dealt with people who wanted business. When I got back home I talked about the poor service I received my sister remarked of similar experiences there. If this is indeed a common issue at this store I hope this review reaches the right person and you guys take more pride in your customer service in the future.

  I love dealing with Napa Auto Parts (Spaid). I have always been treated fairly. Whenever I need to buy parts for my vehicles they always have what I need in stock. The other automotive stores never have what I need, then I have to pre-pay for my parts and wait a day or two for the parts to come in and make that extra trip into St. Paul to pick it up. That is why I will always deal with Napa Auto Parts in St. Paul!!!
